Iain Laverock joined Maisons Tournesol when he moved to the South of France with his family from Cambridge, UK. Iain is our resident holiday rentals website marketing expert. Iain also Project Manages most of our building refurbishment projects.

Project Management

During Iain's previous career in the UK he held a Senior Management position with a large multi-national aerospace manufacturer. Iain uses the Project Management skills he acquired during this time to manage the building refurbishment projects for Maisons Tournesol. Iain is a firm believer that whether a project is big or small, its success depends on having a thorough plan of action and anticipating the potential things that can go wrong. Holiday rentals website marketing

Iain is the mastermind behind our holiday rentals website: www.golanguedoc.com Iain has run his own holiday rentals sites for a number of years and he is just about to bring out a new French language vacation rentals site in 2008 (www.locationsdusud.fr) . Added to this Iain also has expertise in building and developing websites. Iain keeps a close eye on the holiday rentals scene and helps advise the business and our clients on the most effective places to advertise our properties to maximise rental bookings. Iain likes to set a realistic target level of occupancy for each of our properties and then design a markting plan to achieve these levels of bookings for the owner.
