Bookings administrationFirst and foremost Jane administers all of your bookings: checking availability, establishing requirements, arranging payments to you and handling all correspondence with the customer. Jane is naturally well organised and likes to stay close to the customers and clients to ensure that everything runs smoothly (see www.southfrancevacations.com).
Customer liaisonJane is also is our 'woman on the ground' checking that everything from the customers perspective is as it should be. Jane tries to meet all of the customers staying at your property within 24 hours of arrival. This ensures that they understand all the "in's and out's" of your property - how the cooker works, how to turn on the air conditioning, where to go for bread in the morning, etc. It is also a useful opportunity for us to press upon the customer the importance of leaving your property in the same condition as they found it and any particular quirks that your property may have.
ChangeoversTogether with Esther Rouff, Jane is responsible for ensuring that all the changeovers happen swiftly and according to our high professional standards. Jane and Esther are both on hand to ensure that a full inventory is taken of your property after each visit to ensure that everything is in order and any damage or misplaced items can be reported to you and sorted appropriately (see keyholding & changeovers).
JaneMost of Jane's time is taken up with work for Maisons Tournesol and caring for her 3 young boys. In between times Jane likes to kick off her flip flops and enjoy a glass or two with her French friends and occasionally talking to her husband ! Jane Wilson joined Maisons Tournesol soon after moving to the South of France from England in 2006. Jane's background is varied. She started her career in the hotel & catering industry all over the world. Later she trained as a teacher, before starting her own holiday rentals website business in 2002.
