Maisons Tournesol Owners Club
Membership of the Maisons Tournesol "Owners Club" is entirely voluntary, but we have found that it has been extremely valuable to our customers over the years. All too often people need to be in South of France for a short visit to meet with their Notaire, Accountant, Builder, and numerous other reasons, and their property is not available due to a rental booking. Similarly, customers want to come to the South of France on holiday, but their dates overlap with a booking. The "Owners Club" helps solve this headache and avoids the cost of hotel accommodation.
For participating members, you can stay in one of our managed properties around the Pezenas area for up to 2 nights for free. The "Owners Club" is a reciprocal arrangement. All participating members agree to make their property available for use by other members, as and when available.

"Owners Club" properties are available. We will then contact the Owner to gain consent and then we will set up all the arrangements for your stay.
As a member of the
"Owners Club", you will always have the right to say no to the use of your property if it is not convenient.
Cleaning costs
There is no cost involved to become a member of the
"Owners Club", all we ask is that you pay a small fee to cover the costs of cleaning whenever you stay in a property.
